Theresa Kohlbeck Jakobsen

Theresa Kohlbeck Jakobsen (they/them) is a German creative, who after spending ten years in the noisy party-metropolis of Berlin, moved to an archipelago in the centre of the North Atlantic. Exchanging the dirty streets of Germany’s biggest city with the wild, untamed nature of the Faroe Islands. The challenges of living in another country were a propulsion to their creativity. Theresa's works have been exhibited in Germany, Faroe Islands, Great Britain and Vietnam. Recently, their art got published in Third Iris Zine, Polemical Zine and Slice O' Life Mag. Right now, Theresa is working for the student magazine, STUDENTLIV, and finishing her masters in Nordic language and literature at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
